Introduction

Galactic Waste Management Inc. d/b/a Crytpo Space Agency (“CSA” “Company” or "We") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. 

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or use of (i) Crypto Space Agency’s applications for mobile devices (the “CSA Apps”), (ii) CSA’s web domains and subdomains, including www.csa.xyz (our “Sites”), and (iii) our minting, offering and sale of non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) and (ii) our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. 

We refer to the content and functionality of the CSA Apps and the Sites (including any CSA membership benefits you may receive in connection therewith), and our minting, offering and sale of CSA membership NFT tokens and other NFTs, as the “Services.”

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • Through the Services.
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services.
  • Through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Services, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and the Services.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this policy.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by CSA or any third party; or 
  • Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website.

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates. 

If you do not agree with or you are not comfortable with any aspect of this Policy, you should immediately discontinue access or use of the Services.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through the Services or make any purchases through the Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of the Services, including information:

  • Contact information, such as your first and last name, and email address.
  • Personal Identification Information: Full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, signature, phone number, home address.
  • Formal Identification Information: Government issued identity document and photograph such as Passport, Driver’s License, National or State Identity Card.
  • Biometric Information: information generated to create a print or template of an individual’s face or voice, including from a photograph.
  • Profile information, such as your username that you may set to establish an online account on the Services, biographical details, links to your profiles on social networks, interests, preferences, and any other information that you add to your account profile.  
  • Communications that we exchange with you, including when you contact us through the Services, social media, or otherwise. 
  • Transactional information, such as information relating to or needed to NFT purchases or sales on or through the Services, which includes transactional details, fees, and sales prices. 
  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.
  • User-generated content, such as profile pictures, photos, images, music, videos, comments, questions, messages, works of authorship, and other content or information that you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Services, as well as associated metadata. Metadata includes information on how, when, where and by whom a piece of content was collected, how that content has been formatted or edited, and information that you can add or can have added to your content, such as keywords, geographical or location information, and other similar data. 
  • Financial information, such as your linked virtual currency or wallet accounts, stored value accounts, and associated details.
  • About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Services, and usage details.

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the site. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies[, web beacons,] [and other tracking technologies].
  • From third-party sources. We may combine personal information we receive from you with personal information we obtain from these other sources:
  1. Public sources, such as government agencies, public records, social media platforms, public blockchain(s), and other publicly available sources.

  3. iii.Third-party services, such as social media services, that you use to log into, or otherwise link to, your account on the Services. This information may include your username, profile picture and other information associated with your account on that third-party service that is made available to us based on your account settings on that service. Please note that your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those services, not ours.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on public areas of the Services, or transmitted to other users of the Services or third parties (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we mat limit access to certain pages/you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Services with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies  

We, our service providers, and our business partners may collect certain types of information automatically, such as information about your device, your usage of and interaction with the Services, and interaction with other online services. This information helps us address customer support issues, improve the performance of the Services, provide you with a streamlined and personalized experience, and protect your account from fraud or abuse, such as by detecting unauthorized access. Information collected automatically includes:

  • Device information: such as your IP address (which can indicate your general geographic location), device type, operating system and version, manufacturer and model, browser name and version, screen resolution, device event information, hardware settings, memory usage), device identifiers, language settings.
  • Online Identifiers, activity, and usage information: engagement with content on the Services or with communications from us, authentication data, click-stream data, public social networking posts, pages and links accessed on the Services or used to access the Services from a third party site. Third-Party Use of Cookies [and Other Tracking Technologies

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Website are served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our website. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content. 

We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • to other NFT or Services users and the public. Your activity on the Services may be publicly visible. This means that others on or off of the Services may view information you make available through the Services, such as when you submit comments, reviews, survey responses, and engage with or share content. This information can be seen, collected, used by, and provided to anyone on or off the Services, including by being cached, copied, screen captured, transmitted or stored elsewhere (such as through search engines, APIs, and other tools).  Those viewing a public blockchain or an NFT exchange can also view your NFT holdings and purchase/sale activity. Your private messages with others on the Coinbase NFT Service are not publicly visible to others using the NFT Service.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
